Following a successful launch of our Google Partnered PPC (Pay Per Click) platform, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to assist with our member onboarding and sales acquisitions.
The role of the Account Manager is to build and develop relationships with our new members, working with them throughout their one month free trial, and ultimately upgrading them to a paying member.
The role will be split between onboarding potential members who have contact us directly showing an interest in our one month free trial, and maintaining long term relationships with our paying members. This can include telephone engagement, follow-up emails and reporting member issues or requests directly back to our in-house development team.
As a small dynamic tech business, we are very keen on teamwork and see every role in our organisation as an essential part of our future success.
An engaging and friendly personality is essential and a desire to learn about new technologies is a big bonus.
